I'M SO GLAD YOU STOPPED BY!

My name is Gian (pronounced G-Anne) and I am the girl behind by gian lee. I am a Red Deer and Central Alberta calligrapher and instructor obsessed with eating ice cream and dancing to Beyoncé. I pack a whole lot of sass and passion at 4'11'' and I’ve been told that I make a good hype girl. Not gonna lie, I think I do!

I’m joyfully married to my highschool boyfriend, who I've been with since I was sixteen, and together we have an adventurous 2 year-old boy and a baby girl! My husband is the calculative brain that my creative brain is madly crushing on everyday. Next to Jesus, he is my bestest friend. He is also my favorite dance partner, the man responsible for all my laugh lines, and my main push to officially start this biz of mine.

I picked up my first calligraphy pen in December 2016 because I wanted to be extra for my own wedding (surprise, surprise!). Through a series of life events that made my journey more exciting, this biz of mine was born. And since starting by gian lee, I’ve been obsessed with being extra for other people’s weddings and life in general.
